JERRY KOLTES NAMED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR BD CONSTRUCTION IN TEXAS

BD Construction, design-build and construction management specialists in Kearney, Nebraska, has named Jerry Koltes a business development manager. Koltes will concentrate his efforts in the cities of Dallas and Denton, Texas.

Koltes will utilize his current connections to identify commercial building opportunities in the Denton and Dallas areas. He is a Hettinger, North Dakota, native and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in business administration.

“With Jerry’s experience and connections throughout the Denton area, he is an ideal fit for our expansion plans,” stated BD Construction President, Mark Benjamin. “BD is ready to be a competitor in the commercial building industry in Texas, and Jerry will be a great addition to our organization.”

In addition to his work for BD Construction, Koltes owns Craftmaster Builders, which he started 30 years ago. Craftmaster Builders focuses on residential remodels, siding, sun porches, and walkway covers.
