Kalb and Bartling’s topic, “Virtual Buildings for Your Next RFP,” will discuss how to create a virtual building in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process that a potential client desires so the presenting community is selected as the client’s preferred expansion location. The presentation session will take place on Tuesday, December 8, at 8:00 am in the Michigan Room of the hotel.
“We are pleased to have both Mike and Andy speak on behalf of BD Construction at this conference,” stated BD Construction President and CEO, Mark Benjamin. “As a construction company, we know this topic is of great importance and is something many contractors and communities deal with on a day-to-day basis.”
As one of the Midwest’s leading construction companies, BD Construction takes pride in being design-build and construction management specialists, proving that every building starts with a little imagination. BD Construction provides a full range of services from pre-planning and site selection to architecture and design, financing and permitting, construction, landscaping and evaluation of the finished project.
“We are honored to have the opportunity to speak at this conference and address a national audience. Many other economicly-conscious developer organizations will be present, and it is a pleasure to have the chance to share and exchange information on best practices within our industry,” Kalb said.
