Safety on the jobsite and company-wide is a lot more than an afterthought at BD Construction. BD is one of the few construction companies with a written safety policy, let alone a full-time Safety Director whose main focus is helping deliver successful, accident-free projects.
We make it a guiding principle to strictly adhere to OSHA standards for the safety of our own employees as well as subcontractors and the general public. Among our safety initiatives:

- A safety reporting system
- A safety incentive system
- A written safety policy
- A full-time safety director
- A drug free workplace program which combines education and training with pre-employment, random and post-accident drug testing
