Austin Larson was first introduced to construction through his grandfather, an owner of a residential construction company. Following in his footsteps, Austin pursued opportunities to gain experience in the construction industry through Habitat for Humanity, various construction class projects and working for a custom home builder during college. Austin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He first joined BD Construction as an intern and was hired full-time as an estimator upon graduation.

In addition to his work as an estimator, Austin assists with pre-construction services and subcontractor pre-qualifications items for BD Construction.

Outside of work, Austin is actively involved with his two sons in various sporting activities and events. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, camping and boating with his family and the occasional ride on his motorcycle.
