Adam Bailey discovered his passion for construction through hands-on experience, starting his career as a framer and residential builder in Montana. This early exposure helped shape his understanding of construction from both the subcontractor and general contractor perspectives, with a deep appreciation for how the early phases of construction support the success of all trades.
Adam transitioned into commercial construction as a superintendent based in Lincoln, gaining valuable experience in the educational and healthcare sectors. His carpentry background and comfort with using technology on the job site make him a versatile and effective leader. He enjoys the superintendent role because it allows him to manage complex projects, solve problems in real time, build strong relationships, and remain part of the work happening in the field.
