Straight out of college, Evan Moody went to work for home builders in Colorado as a superintendent. He eventually moved to commercial construction firm John J. Kirlin SP as a project manager where he specialized in building and renovating military dental clinics.
He and his wife Laura returned to Kearney to be closer to family after the birth of their first child Adalyn. Evan established Moody Construction, which he successfully ran for seven years. During that time his family grew by another daughter, Jael, and twin boys, Ezekiel and Elias.
Evan’s time working as carpenter, superintendent and project manager honed his approach to working with clients and gave him an acute eye for detail-oriented projects.
Evan and his family attend Kearney eFree Church. They keep with kids’ activities including ballet, swimming and gymnastics. In the off chance the Moody’s have a free weekend, they love walleye fishing, camping, and hunting.
