Mike Bowman

Mike Bowman attended Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln before joining the U.S. Army. Following his service, he began a career in health care at Warren Memorial Hospital in Friend, Nebraska. Mike was a laboratory technician for 10 years and ultimately became the hospital’s administrator for another decade. After his time at Warren Memorial, Mike served as CEO of Litzenberg Memorial County Hospital in Central City, Nebraska, for 24 years until his retirement.

In 2011, Mike brought his more than three decades of executive leadership experience in health care to BD Construction. As a business development representative, Mike’s extensive expertise supports BD in establishing new connections and developing long-term relationships with regional medical facilities.

Mike currently lives in Central City, where he served on the City Council and is currently a member of the Central City Community Redevelopment Authority, the Chamber of Commerce and the American Legion. His wife, Kathy, is a RN working as a traveling nurse and his son, Joe, is an auto body technician in Lincoln.
