Richard Gregg served in the U.S. Army at Fort Drum, New York, prior to jumping into the construction industry in 1996. He specialized in concrete work and brought his expertise to BD Construction in 2006. Richard loves being outside and working with his hands.
Over the years, BD relied upon Richard’s knowledge of concrete but began to turn to him more and more for other construction skills including steel erection and some finish work. Today, Richard is a superintendent where his responsibilities include regular communication with the project owners, overseeing construction quality and scheduling, as well as coordinating the work of subcontractors on a project site.
Richard went to school in Lexington, Neb. and now lives in Kearney with his wife Maria, who is BD Construction’s receptionist. Together they have two daughters, Josie and Elissa. As a family, they enjoy camping and occasionally fishing (but only when the fish are biting)!
